I was not expecting to have this visit to be good ...a new crown. It wasn't in the least bit uncomfortable.
I just had my first visit and I couldn't believe how nice everyone was and how great they took care of me! They seem to genuinely care about their patients. I was referred by a friend and I plan to tell my friends about Newton Dental Associates!
For my first appointment as a new patient, I was 20 minutes late after an hour and a half drive. I thought I'd be turned away, but they still took me within 5 minutes. I was surprised to read on one of the reviews that another patient thought Dr. Berik was arrogant. Before she did my exam, she stood and talked to me in such an informative and professional manner, I was immediately impressed. Dr Anna Berik is the best dentist in the area. The office can take care of all of your oral health needs. When I needed a root canal, it was so comforting to know that my dentist was in the same office as the oral surgeon. Dr. Berik even came over to see how it was going. I was always nervous at the dentist and had some trouble with some cosmetic dentistry done by another dentist. Dr. Berik fixed my smile and cured my fear of the dentist - with her gentle and kind bedside manner and top-notch and current cosmetic practices.
