The refused to explain the shots my cat was getting. initially I was told she needed 3 appointments for shots. On the 4th appt I asked for a shot schedule and I was refused. I asked if I could speak to the vet, I was also refused while having a scheduled appointment at that time. My cat would get very anxious on the way to the vet after I changed vets she’s been great on the way to the vet. Something is fishy here if you care about your furball don’t go here.
The staff is very nasty to customers. They overcharge, and if you have emergency they will not help. If you care for your animals, skip this place

There are times when referring to an emergency facility is the best option to ensure timely care. Our team works hard to provide compassionate care, and we use all feedback as an opportunity to improve where we can.
Always very rude anytime we call in for anything, and difficult to get in if you need an urgent appointment for a sick pet. We gave them multiple opportunities to improve, but we recently switched becuase it’s so unwelcoming. Pet care was fine.
Newtonfalls animal hospital treated my family and dog unfairly. I paid them in full for their service.My dog still has issues with his ear and most of their staff us unkind and rude.I told the vet how poorly we were treated and am concerned about my dogs ear having a infection.The staff never sent home at home care instructions and contradicted themselves.I reported to then how they talked to my disabled son and my boyfriend. if it's an emergency please do not take your pets there. they will just turn them away and tell you to take them somewhere else. apparently to somebody else who gives a s*** about animals!!!
I wish I would have read Haley Spietzers review which ironically was on my birthday before I took my cat later that month. The are extremely unprofessional, unbelievably overpriced, and DECEITFUL Bad Business practices. They did not honor the price they quoted me after I told them I couldn't come without the "special" in February and then did not honor it and threatened to turn me into credit bureau if I didn't pay the price they did not quote.
They are extremely unprofessional and unbelievably overpriced. They have no empathy for when your loved animal is in pain and also do nothing to support you. My dog passed away under their watch for a "routine treatment". They called me the next day to tell me that I could pick her up in a bag and that I had to pay $300 for them essentially killing her.
