John and Paul were incredibly helpful in getting me into my first home. John worked with me for two years, guiding me along and checking in with me while I worked on my finances and my credit. John and his team closed very quickly, and the interest rate was less than expected. 10/10 would definitely work with again!

We were involved in the final mortage process with one of the big banks , and having extreme difficulty. We ended up terminating the loan. Our realtor recommended OVM and gave us John's #. John is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and makes the process as simple as possible for his clients. I purchased a short sale, and John caught an issue (not a loan issue, nothing related to the loan or his part of the process) that may have jeopardized the sale and found a resolution that allowed me to close on time. So my wife and I just bought our first house and we had the best experience with John and his team. I've heard a lot of horror stories about the homebuying processs but did not experience any of them with the OVM team! John was super responsive and attentive to us, and told us step by step what to expect. There were no surprises and we didn't have to worry about a single thing! If we ever move again, I will most definitely go back to John and team! Highly recommend.

Him and his staff are very nice and answered all the questions we had. Got us a good rate and surprised us with some extra money there at the end. Ultimately had a good experience with OVM financial.

John was very helpful and stayed in contact during the long time it took for builder to finish construction. Then when the time came he acted quickly and got us closed in record time just before a holiday. I would recommend John and his team to all my family and friends and use him for any future lending needs.
