Verified Renter Living at NEXT has been fantastic. Great staff. Excellent location that is just perfect as is very close to the core but also far enough away that the views of the city are unobstructed. Entrance is easy out/in and right next to Divy. The L is also a block away. Nice clean main outdoor space to enjoy grilling, relaxing, and sun.

Verified Renter This is a great building, and it already feels like home after only a few weeks of living here. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and feels very private (no neighbor noise). All staff members are kind and helpful, and make you feel welcome. Even the nice smell of the lobby feels very inviting, and I even miss it when I'm away for the weekend.
