Joe came out today and gave us an estimate for the home that we just purchased. He was thorough, honest about what was needed, and took his time explaining everything that we needed to have done and the reasons why it needed to be done. They did an amazing job and kept me informed on what they were doing. They cleaned up any debris before leaving each area. The also were so considerate of my animals so they wouldn’t be scared. I was amazed on how quickly they were able to get things done. Before they left the showed me how everything work and if I had any problems to call them right away.
Next Generation is top notch company, they offer exceptional service and the technicians are well trained , friendly , helpful and trustworthy. I very highly recommend Next Generation for all AC needs , you cannot go wrong with this team.
So far so good. We've had a very kind technician, Bryson, out twice and I feel like the quoted prices are fair. He was not able to fix AC yet due to issues with the parts, so will update and finalize review once complete. I like that you can also track the technician in real time and see when they will be arriving at to the house.
