Former employee honestly This company take advantage of the contractors that are bilingual don’t pay what is it. As for the customer I feel sorry the tend to charge holdover rates of 15-21cents automatically they get them on the enrollments if you pay close attention to your contract you can see it. Honestly they’re giving the run around with refund check to customers.

A sham of a service. Got me with letters that made it seem like I had to choose a new electric supplier and got me in a contract. Was paying nearly 12 cents per kilowatt and met Ed only charges a little over 9. Said they contacted me about my contract ending but I didn’t get anything and they jacked my rate up to 20 cents per kwh. Highly discourage anyone from using them.

Charging double the rate. I got stuck with them automatically through PPL, and had to switch after bill was $500 a month a few times. Should be sued for price gouging...
