I was impressed with the level of customer service. Angie and Melissa were patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the estimate and repair process. The repairs were completed near my office, and the techs’ expertise was 2nd to none. They came prepared and had all the equipment they needed with them. Highly recommend, very handy and stress-free.

My company's van broke down right in front of our warehouse, it just stopped and the gearbox gave zero response. I called Nexterra and Matt did a great job sending me 2 indeed knowledgeable techs. They were very efficient and diagnosed the issue quickly (it was an oil problem), and completed the repair on the same day. Thank you for saving me a lot of time and hassle. Very good!

Running a business is stressful enough, but add a broken car to the mix and it can be a nightmare. Thankfully, I called Nexterra for mobile service and they were able to complete the repairs right at our warehouse. It was such a relief not to have to worry about arranging for rental cars or taking time off work. Jesse and Micheal were professional, in uniform, and had the repairs done within a day.
