Mohamed was very professional, fast, detail oriented and proactive with everything needed during this transaction. Mohamed negotiated on our behalf a great deal and so effortlessly on our side. He even helped us receive a FREE $75,000 grant for the down payment through the LA program. His knowledge of the mortgage industry was an awesome bonus but his work through out escrow is what really paid off and saved us thousands from finding us the best deal in the valley, to writing the offer and terms to inspections and negotiations to smooth closings.
