Bucket up for a wild ride: (tl;dr at bottom) My terrible journey started early Monday morning with extreme pain localized at my bottom right wisdom tooth. Unfortunately (for me) my primary dentist was not available this week in person but I did have a special scan done with the promise the doctor would call me next Monday with a plan. I had my first dental implant yesterday by Dr. Braasch at the Manchester location. I was surprised how simple and painless of a procedure it was. I was thoroughly informed about what to expect. The surgical assistant’s Linda and Nicole put my mind at ease. They were kind, courteous and conversational. All three of them took their time to answer my questions. My experience with Dr. Schonfield and his assistant Sarah was truly beyond what I expected. I felt very relaxed and the atmosphere was very caring and sincere. Sarah was so kind, very down to earth, and immediately put me at ease. The doctor took the time to explain everything he was going to do and he made me feel he cared about my needs and feelings. I had my first experience recently with a dental implant procedure. Thanks to Dr. Moavenian and his staff (Erika and Sarah) it was a relatively stress free experience. Erika was very responsive in answering all of my questions.
