This was my second time at Nia and second time with Brooke as my server and she was so great! She guided us with the menu and had such an outgoing personality. The food was delicious and surprisingly filling for small plates.
Good food. The small plates are great for sharing. Lots of flavors. Go with friends
Paired the 1st half of 8 course sampler with a Greek white wine and the 2nd half with a Greek red wine. Plenty of well prepared menus choices and attentive & appropriate paced service.
Overall I have to score my visit to Nia low. Not because of the food. The food was great. Not because the wait staff was rude. Our waitress was nice and willing to help and wanted us to enjoy our meal. It was because there was only two of them! Two waitresses working all the tables inside and the patio and pouring the drinks behind the bar. It took a while after being seated to have the waitress greet us. Excellent venue for a large group of friends to share small plates. They make it easy with a menu of an 8 course tasting menu of increasingly heavy tapas, offering a selection from several options in each category. Priced very reasonable, plenty of food, quick service, and very friendly staff. Convenient location on Randolph. The hostess was very accommodating as our group grew during the week, no difficulties adding to the reservation.
Ordered the 8 course meal. It was a good way to experience the restaurant and Mediterranean cuisine. Everything was very delicious. Would recommend the scallops, lamb meatballs and the Nia salad. Good place for a date.
Came here with a group of friends following a matinee play performance. Couldn't have been happier with our choice. We had a large group, so Saturday night can be a tough night to find a space for large group. Brooke(?spelling) greeted and took excellent care of us. We arrived at the start of their service, so we settled in and were served water immediately with explanation of menu. If we could have gotten the table to agree, the tasting menu looks awesome, and very reasonably priced at $35/person. But, we all have different... read more
I went to Nia with a friend and we tried a few different things, but the orzo was my favorite.
We cannot say enough about the full experience at Nia’s! From the delicious food and drinks, to the great location, to the amazing servers (we loved Brooke!), this place is truly one that you cannot pass up whether you are in town for a quick visit or if you live here. The plates are the perfect amount to share - highly recommend the grilled octopus. As my boyfriend who comes from a big, Italian family put it, this is the BEST grilled octopus I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten a lot in my day. Again, we highly recommend dining ... read more
