I cannot say enough good things about Nichole. She is a fantastic loan officer - she helped me get my credit score where it needed to be and got me the best possible rate on my new home. She worked with the VA on my behalf and was always available when I had questions. I would definitely recommend her to a friend. In fact, I introduced her to my brother & his fiancé, and they are now working with her for their new home loan!

Thank god I was fortunate enough to have Waterstone Mortgage (especially Nichole!) to handle my home loan. Best experience ever. Nichole was so kind and encouraging during the entire process and took a lot of time to answer various questions I had about the whole process. Everything was seamless because of her.
