Dr. Frisard performed my cataract surgery. He and his staff at BRASS were so professional. He has great bedside manners. I am so happy to have chosen him for a doctor . I will recommend him to friends and family.
Doctor Frisard was very patient with my questions and really took time to go through procedure. Excellent care!! I will return.
He was fast but very thorough & I felt confident that I was in good hands. The wait time was very minimal & his Assistant Tamya was very personable. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Frisard is awesome, very patient and thorough. His nurse, Ky, is amazing at what she does. She the smartest and sweetest eye tech I’ve ever encountered. I had many question that I thought would have to wait for Dr. Frisard, but she was able to answer them with confidence. She made me very comfortable and not as nervous before I saw the doctor. She does an amazing job under her doctor and can’t wait to see her next year. Thanks Dr. Frisard and Ky!
Dr. Frisard is vey professional, very personal, and kind! He personally calls to answer your questions that come up after your appointment and after surgery. He also personally calls to check on you after surgery. He is very thorough and takes his time with you. One of the best doctors that I have ever had!His staff is also very nice and caring.
He is part of the Baton Rouge Clinic team of physicians. When I moved to Baton Rouge from New Orleans my ophthalmologist recommended him and I have been seeing Dr. Frisard ever since.
So happy to find quality eye care at B. R. Clinic. I was tired of the people mill of a big B. R. Eye Clinic where wait could be 1-2 hours total. His staff does not overbook him, so waiting is minimal. He is thorough and personable.
The dedication to him and his staff is nothing short of amazing.
