First time buying a home and it was stressful but nick was helpful!

I would expect my lender to know more about when someone is qualified for a loan under different cirrcumstances. It turned out ok but it could have been a disatour. Had our landlord already rented our house before we found out we were not eligible... We didn't close on time. It is January. Are you really closing that many homes right now that this couldn't have closed on time? Seems you tell people what you think they want to hear. Just the facts is better.
