Had a great time working with Nick, especially as a first time home buyer. Not knowing too much about securing a mortgage loan, Nick was able to walk me through some options and help me decide the best path. Very responsive too, unlike many of the big banks which take days to respond. Definitely a good person to work with.

From the start, Nick assured me to trust him...now, my loan type had to be changed a couple different times due to financial and property issues, and that was a very frustrating thing to go through. I actually cried and broke down a few times, but Nick was persistent and caring and personable throughout the whole process. He calmed me down, and professionally had my back through it all. I have worked with Nick for what feel like forever now. My initial experience with him was to see where I was financially in regard to buying a home... he was thorough with letting me know what was on my credit and what needed to be done. fast forward a year or so later I purchased a home!! he always checked up on me to make sure i was working toward this and kept InTouch. He did so well I had him even refinance my fathers home.

I contacted nick a year before we got our house! He answered all my questions gave us advice what to do how to do to be able to get the best loan! Very smart knows what his doing and there is no question that he cant give you an answer to! Works hard around the clock! Even tho we already got a house he still keep in touch with me and answers questions right away! His the best!
