Nick is obviously very knowledgable as he can talk about mortgages in the most basic language and help you to understand everything about the process. His communication is excellent, with regular updates and checking in and constant assurances that everything is in order because he is on the ball and making sure that it is. There was never a concern about financing when working with Nick. It's just a bonus that he's fun to talk to as well.
