They were very friendly and knew what they were doing.
Eric and Gilbert were a great team. Very respectful and professional! Showed up on time , did their job, answered all my questions and cleaned up after the job was completed. This is truly a great experience, so far the best one with this company!
Miguel was very polite, timely and professional. he was conscientious about his work. I have used Nick's for a number of years and will continue to do in the future
I was able to communicate with Nick?s to determine the best options for getting my toilets installed including the cost of buying them myself and the cost of getting them to my house for installation. Of course both were cheaper for me to do myself, and I am glad that was communicated. Once my time slot was set, I received communication the day prior to remind me of the appointment, and I received communication on the day of the appointment when the technician was on his way along with his name. Mr.Fernando Coello and his team are very pleasant and prompt, very professional and efficient. They did great job to replace my old water pipe with new water pipes for the whole house!

The plumber was on time, immediately knew how to deal with the plumbing problem and did not quit until the job was 100% to my satisfaction. Will definitely hire them again if I have any plumbing needs.
