Mr. Gilbert was very good and very knowledgeable. He was very courteous. I like it that all Nickâ s plumbers put shoe covers on. It's a big deal to me as we try to keep our floor clean. This also shows that they respect your property.

For years I have depended on Nickâ  s Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. A few weeks ago, after years of low hot water flow, made worse by the recent freeze, I called Nickâ  s for help. Adam Coker arrived, sized up the problem and formulated a recovery plan. Adam performed a few immediate fixes which helped tremendously, the final fix being a hot water re-pipe. Iâ m in awe of the service I received from Gilbert today. I couldnâ t be more satisfied with this experience. He took the time and patience to explain and detail what the problems were and how to resolve in the most economical way. Nickâ s plumbing is my plumber for life.
Gilbert repaired a broken pipe at the meter for my irrigation system. He also diagnosed and repaired a water pressure problem. He was great. If I need service again, Iâ  ll request him specifically.
Office staff was thorough, responsive and prepared. The plumbers were on time, polite and explained recommendations completely. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I will continue to use them for plumbing issues.
Eric was great, professional and knowledgeable- there was no sales pitch, the quote was within the range of what I anticipated. He got all the work done in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward. I had called Nickâ s after I had a pipe burst during the Feb. TX winter storm, I am glad that I waited it out until Nickâ s could perform the needed repair.
