placed my inquiry at 5pm,was called within seconds. was given a 10-12 time frame for the next day.rec'd a couple of calls to say jobs were running late.did I want to resched?no.I am retired.George showed at 2pm.gave me an estimate(even showed me how to do the job myself)thx,but I"m retired.very nice chap.I think he bought better upgrade material to rebuild toilets,which means they should last longer.
