Smooth Process!!!!!! First of all, thank you Nico and everyone else involved! This was a pretty smooth process from day 1 , Nico was very professional throughout the entire process and very knowledgeable about what he was able to do for us. The communicating part of this process was the best as Nico and Brendan were always available to assist. Great experience! I was initially intimidated to even begin this process. Our home was paid off but we needed to consolidate some debt and placing another mortgage on our home was the best route for us. I was worried for nothing. Nico and Jake did all of the hard stuff and our end was super easy. They were so professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Should we ever need more funding in the future, Nico will be our first call!
