We were very impressed with Nico Roofing’s responsiveness, timeliness, and value. The total turnaround time from when we contacted them about our leaking roof to them coming out and replacing the roof was just over a week! This included them pulling the necessary permits. The roof install itself took less than a day. They were very thorough in their cleanup and provided a ton of pictures of the step-by-step process.
Recently, I had my roof replaced on my house and garage By NICO Roofing of Streamwood IL. The roof suffered storm damage and even though it was older, Mr. Bogdan Kuzia a project manger for NICO Roofing thought we could have it covered by my insurance Co. My experience doing business with Nico Roofing has been very positive. They came out in a timely manner, answered all my question and concerns, and returned all my calls within a reasonable amount of time. Workmanship far exceeded my expectations. The crew arrived very early and the complete job including clean up was done late afternoon. Bogdan stopped by numerous times during the day to oversee progress. Really, if you need a roof call these guys, very professional, no games, rare to find in this business

While every estimator refused to replace part of my siding, Nico Roofing & Exteriors, Confidently listened and addressed my needs to fix my front siding. Bob said there is no job too small or too big for us we need you to be happy and satisfied that’s our number one priority. These people have their own workers they are not storm chasers. I was shocked to see a complaint on our last day on the job. Customer stated that the project had been going on since April. Insurance loss didn’t occur till May 27th, State Farm inspection happened on June 12th, final draft of the estimate was generated by State Farm on August 23rd, building permit obtained on September 26th.
