The closing with pushed back around 3 weeks. The buyer was left homeless for 2 days. It was like pulling teeth getting any kind of update and when i would get an update it would be the most basic response possible. I put alot of emphasis on communication with lenders I work with and this was one of the worst ones. The buyer was very unhappy with the experience and that is the most important.

No one ever answered the office phone , ever! Never returned my calls when I left messages on the office phone. Had to call Nicole’s cell phone which was not listed on the pre quality I received on the buyer. Had to get it from buyer agent. Took nearly 3 months to close a mortgage that should not have taken over 30 days.
