About 7 months prior to hiring Nicole to sell my Reno home, I had enlisted her expertise and time in viewing homes in another city. Nicole Montero showed us some houses. One of the houses we were thinking of buying, but the owners turned out to be sketchy. Nicole helped us get out of making a bad deal.
We bought our home from Nicole in 2017. The whole transaction was as easy as can be. My husband and I were only 20 and 24 at the time, so we literally had no clue where to even start. Nicole helped my Wife and I find our first home and we got way more than we expected. Great house and a great experience. Even though we had no idea what we were doing Nicole never made the experience feel too intimidating. We couldn't be more pleased.
This was my first home and I have to say Nicole made this extremely easy for my family and I. She was so helpful in answering every single question I had and was available anytime I called. She was able to negotiate a few things for us within the closing costs that really helped us out. I will be using her again for my next home next year and I will be sending her the rest of my family so she can help them too.

Nicole was always available and really listened to our needs. She is very patient, I'm a pain in the butt and she never lost her cool with me. Nicole took us to tons of homes and worked wih me until all hours of the night! Awesome lady and knows her business! We close on our home 1/24/18!
I contacted Nicole to help Me find a Mother In Law quarters within the city limits. Nicole had Me looking at 4 homes the very next day! That isn't an easy request. She is knowledgeable and determined. She has the attitude that she will do whatever it takes to make sure you get what you need even if it means going outside the box. I am currently still working with the Mother In Law so haven't got to the point of utilizing Nicoles negotiating skills. Nicole enjoys and is good at what she does and it shows!
