I didn’t get my Son’s records in time from his previous dentist 4 years prior after that location had closed and his current Dentist was not cooperating as well. So they dropped my case. I am a Mother of 4...that’s exactly what I have time to do..?! Perhaps they should do their own job when they are “Hired”. Best of Luck.
