Sabrina Foley did a great job. Due to Covid, there seemed to be increased scrutiny on our financials. This was frustrating in light of the fact that we brought $90,000 in cash to the closing as well as the fact that my USMCR pay was not taken into account. Nonetheless, Sabrina walked us through why this occurred and was very responsive to questions.

Atlantic Bay is a great company to work with these women are powerful knowledgable they have there stuff together thank you all great job.

I don't know at what point the appraisal is requested, but I believe this should be done upon the receipt of the loan application in the beginning. The team did very well with communication.
