Working with Nikki and her team was a very efficient and pleasant process. Was an overall decent experience. But I only have 1 really brief and bad experience with another mortgage broker to compare. Would have liked more feedback & communication on the process and from those who ask for paperwork, so you send it, someone else asks if we sent it kinda thing.
