Working with Nikki and her team was a very efficient and pleasant process. All of our questions we're normally responded to within an hour or sooner.There were no surprises or hiccups along the way and overall I would definitely recommend her and her team services to anyone looking for a new mortgage or to refinance. My wife and I are very pleased with the rate the closing time turn around and the impeccable service that we received.
Was an overall decent experience. But I only have 1 really brief and bad experience with another mortgage broker to compare. Would have liked more feedback & communication on the process and from those who ask for paperwork, so you send it, someone else asks if we sent it kinda thing. Or specify specifically what's needed, especially for someone who has never done this and doesn't work in the real estate arena. Frustrating in that way.
