Waited an hour. Front staff is obnoxious and loud openly discussing their private lives and opinions for the lobby to hear. Discussed lunch options enthusiasticly for the hour I waited and then some. Left office. ....rescheduled with different doctor different location. VERY unprofessional ~ left me doubting the doctors ability to treat me.

She complained about me keeping her up when she was on call when i went to follow up in the office and how I caused her to have no sleep that night. She was did not describe the condition well. She was extremely short and unfriendly.

She is a little scatterbrained and everything felt very rushed, both on the initial visit and on the actual procedure day. She forgot a few things that I said, even minutes later, and she forgot to complete my prescription before I left on the day of the procedure. I had to call the next day to get it.
