My OPINION is not favorable. I went to a seminar inasmuch as I have Stage 4 end-of-life cancer. I want to do the best I can for my family before my demise. Quoted over $9,000 for my particular situation, I ended up opting out after one in-person meeting and it cost me $3,400 to get out of the contract. I had never even returned the forms sent to me for the specific information needed for the Trust.

It is our policy that when a client signs a Legal Services Agreement we immediately start work on preparing the draft documents which will be finalized after we receive specific information from the client. Most clients wait for years before doing their estate plans and when they make that final decision, they want them done “immediately” to make sure their assets and families are protected.
