Good buying experience We returned a 2012 Nissan Leaf at the end of the 2 year lease and leased a new 2015 Nissan Leaf. We knew the car, so no surprises there. We are very satisfied with the whole lease return new lease process. There was no pressure to buy anything extra. We agreed on the phone on the price, and while there we just added the "Pulse" brake light system. Service I call and made an appointment to have my 2011 serviced. I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted by the service writer who was expecting me. He said it would take about 2 hours to finish the services I had asked for. I was out the door in an 1 1/2 hours. Thanks for great service Bob Jones
The Allan Webb Experience I received a phone call from an Allan Webb sales rep, stating they were interested in purchasing my 08 Rogue. He asked me to bring my vehicle in. I needed an oil change, so I did. While the oil change was taking place, I discussed the possibility of trading my vehicle on a 2014 Rogue. No conclusions were reached and I went home. This Service Department went Above and Beyond to make oil change on my new Nissan Rouge. I am from Wimberley, Texas and they were very pleasant with my Daughter and myself. Could not ask for better treatment.
1 year after and great experience in service dept. Bought car on a good deal and each experience has been great at the service dept. oil change for life of vehicle is also a major plus.

Continued excellent customer service! We bought our Nissan Titan 6 years ago and continue to get the best customer service. They are friendly, come out to my truck to get the keys and ask if I have time to have a car wash. If you have ever tried to wash a hugh pickup truck it is worth the wait. No missed spots! I feel confident that my truck will make it anywhere!
