Everyone we came in contact with in the store was very friendly. All willing to help out. Great customer service. We were grateful they worked with us to understand. We bought from Brian Johnson and he did a great job helping us out after being back in the business for only a few days. The finance guy (Mark, I think) was awesome too. Everyone was down to earth, patient and answered our questions. We will buy another car from Allan Webb Nissan again. My fiancé wants a truck so we will be back in the next couple years.

We went in to check out a Pathfinder to replace our old 04 and happened upon the Ariya. The sales guys were very nice and not pushy. Let us check it out, took it for a spin and they were enthusiastic about the features because they owned one too. They were able to share their knowledge and experiences with us in owning the Ariya which helped us feel more comfortable believing them. They made the process easy and we walked away with a great deal and even greater car.

Bought a 2023 Nissan Sentra SR CVT (Midnight Edition) from here. Saw this particular car on their website, still in-transit. Left my info, and got in contact with Hadley Hinkle. Once the vehicle arrived, she had me send all of my relevant info through email, so by the time I popped in for the official purchase, I was only there for maybe an hour or an hour and a half. The intake man was very professional, forthcoming, and pleasant. He went over the work to be done, and explained when it was expected to be completed. The work took less time than anticipated, went over the results, and got me on my way quickly. I had a great experience overall.
