I test drove some one's Leaf for only 5 minutes & wanted to know more about it since the driver was on a lease agreement & his deal sounded good. After making an inquiry over the internet a rep from Alan Webb contacted me for a test drive. My wife & I went in & viewed the lot with 72 Leafs on it, so there was plenty to choose from. Michael Tower was just the best; kept my lil girls happy and worked hard to make sure we got the car we wanted. We ended up paying the online price with no reductions but it felt like the service was worth it

When a customer ask for a specific item on a car don't quote a price that is almost double the actual price and then tell them you can get them a portion of what they want for close to the cost of what they wanted to begin with in the first place! All this to sell a car on the lot instead of locating the car they really wanted. You lost a repeat customer.
I never actually contacted Royal Moore - but I did contact Alan Webb's dealership and bought the sweetest little 2012 Nissan Murano. Fabulous! Car is great and the treatment I received there was also great. Thanks for a great service.
