Did not have appointment but was serviced quickly. Was given a diagnostic overview of rogue and told what service was needed.

Knowledgeable, remidied my dead battery situation telling me to jump the battery and drive to dealership so I wouldn’t have to pay tow fee. battery was under warranty still and cost me nothing. Great experience.

Efficient effective service with no sales pressure for additional services. Review made me aware af possible issues but no pressure to buy.
