Went to have my vehicle serviced and ended up trading it for another one. Everyone was professional and polite. Very knowledgeable.
The service department is outstanding. Everyone that I have had any interaction with is very professional and polite.
James the sales guy was very personable and followed up well during the sale. The finance department wasn’t as personable after I told them I wasn’t interested in an extended warranty. Essentially 3 items were promised and oil change, they overfilled the oil and I had to personally address the issue, car detail, was horrible and when I mentioned it excuses were made and a full pre inspection delivery in which case they missed several items per my mechanic. So sales 4 star, finance 3 stars, Service 2 stars.

Always had good experience at Athens Nissan. They don't only do what you request, they also advise on potential service issues that need immediate or future redress.
Excellent salesman. Too many games throughout the rest of the process. Left the lot with my new vehicle, no gas, no headlights, and taillight, cost me over $100.00 just to get home. Should be more concerned on customer service but instead of money.
Always a great experience. The staff truly cares about the customers. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for great service.
Good buying experience. First Nissan we have purchased will probably buy from Athens Nissan again.
