Heather in the service department is amazing to work with. I bought my second Titan because of how I have been treated by the service dept. Knowledgeable, friendly, and always quick to get me back on the road. Completely different from most dealership service departments where you at treated great during the purchase of a new vehicle, but then the service department continually disappoints or finds excess charges to lump on. Very happy with every interaction I have with the service department here, and Heather in particular.
