I would normally give a 5 . Disappointed that they parked my car to the side instead of pulling it up for me to check out right away. It was there ~20-30 minutes before they pulled it up for me to checkout. I wasn’t sure it was mine so did not say anything. When he did come to get me , He said he was busy when I asked why it was not pulled up for me to checkout right away. Hopefully just a one off since I normally get it done here.

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. They were busy but i didn’t have to wait as long as i thought i would and once the service was completed the service advisor Philip Speddon pulled my car up front and turned my air on for me so it wouldn’t be so hot once i got in my car. Very good service this time!!

Great people here but service is a bit slow. Whenever I come in for an oil change, I always have to wait more than 1 1/2 hrs.
They are easy to deal with. They are efficient and helpful. They seem to have products you would ant.
