No question, Tony makes the difference. The building isn’t going to “do” anything for anyone. Service is only as good as the personnel providing it. Tony makes the trip to Athens Nissan a pleasure to be there, an uncommon courteous presentation about this gentleman showing care for his customers. I can say this because I’ve stood in the service bay and watched and listened to the manner he engages his customers.
