The guy that helped me was very nice and understanding, took care of my issue and was very respectful and professional. I really liked him. I will go back after my trip to Virginia maybe to get new tires. Thank you so much for your service.

My car had to be towed in for a battery replacement, which ended up being delayed in shipping. I wasn’t supposed to get my car back for a few days which would’ve affected my ability to get to work and school. Nate, who had helped me throughout the whole process was able to find a battery for me and get it delivered to Athens. I was able to get my car early and it saved me from a lot of stress. Nate and the rest of the Nissan location were extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout this entire process.
