Service rep was super nice and relieved my stress of the possibly ling wait like previously, but made sure my oil change was finished in a timely manner.
I'm always satisfied when I get my car serviced at Nissan. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They get me in and out. Heather is my favorite person there. Always have a friendly smile on here face. Thanks Nissan of Athens.
It was my first time at the dealership and it was a great experience. They were very helpful. I had a recall and needed an oil change and they got me in the day I called.

My car had to be towed in for a battery replacement, which ended up being delayed in shipping. I wasn’t supposed to get my car back for a few days which would’ve affected my ability to get to work and school. Nate, who had helped me throughout the whole process was able to find a battery for me and get it delivered to Athens. I was able to get my car early and it saved me from a lot of stress. Nate and the rest of the Nissan location were extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout this entire process.

Every time I visit Nissan of Athens it’s always a pleasure experience. Everyone is always so pleasant and everyone treats me like family. I could go to the Nissan here by my house in Gwinnett but I choose to travel all the way to Athens Because it just feels like home when I’m there.
