Sure the service is great but lord have mercy that wait time ..... omg figure something out to make things a bit more efficient? I have a life and don't want to be somewhere for upwards of 3 and a half hours. I just needed a simple oil change and new tires. Sorry but I just dont think it should take that long to do even if there are a few others in line ahead of me.....
