"Service dept was confused as to who the car Belonged to...." Service dept was confused as to who the car Belonged to. It was listed as Mark Byrd and not Sylvia Byrd. I bought the car new August 2019x They have serviced it before at 5000 miles and now at 10000 miles. I was. Little concerned About the mixup. Tony Bowers service agent Assured me he would get it fixed and didn’t Know what had happened.
