"Great customer service " I came in yesterday to test drive a couple of cars. I’m so glad I ended up working with Prince. He was awesome and made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable! I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. I would highly recommend Prince and Nissan of Athens!
"Oil change and tire rotation" Unfortunately I forgot the man’s name who took care of me. He was awesome though! I will be heading here every time I need an oil change/ service. They have complimentary snacks and drinks.
"Great Customer Service " Everyone was so nice as I came in and Darius was an excellent sales person. Usually dealerships take forever but everything was done in a timely manner.
"Always top notch" Quick service at reasonable prices. The free carwash was not working would be my only complaint. In and out quickly. No one tries to sell you something that you don't want. Tim did tell me my next visit would require more work being done.
"Altima Recall Service" I dropped in after receiving email regarding a recall and Kelly offered me same day /immediate service. I wasn't able to stay right then so he scheduled me an appointment but told me to come back sooner if free. I returned that afternoon and Serge made sure my car was serviced and I was out of there in just over an hour. EasyPeasy! This why I love this service center!
"Wonderful experience " The value for the oil change can’t be beat by anyone in town. I go 20 minutes out of the way to save money and they do a great job even when my vehicle is a Honda. Super friendly advisors get you in and out as fast as they can. Lengthy waits at times but just depends on when you arrive. The variety of (Free!) drinks and snacks are great. Will go to Nissan of Athens to get oil changed as long as I still live close by.
"My experience was Awsome!" The excellent service and staff is the reason for the recommendation. This dealership has excellent customer service in timely matter. Tony Bower found the recall and setup an appointment with me to get it done.
"Dynamo Duo" This buying a car deal was the best one ever....my time was valued and they provided excellent customer service. Attended to my wants n needs. Thank you very much gentleman. Definitely can't leave out Melissa.....she was very thorough with everything from service to technology use in the vehicle.
