"2010 maxima old change" Fast and efficient. I was told that my oil pan threads may be stripped and I was advised to have it replaced. Since the purchase of this vehicle passport Nissan and Nissan of Bowie are the only dealerships to service my car after getting the news about the stripped thread makes me Leary of using any Nissan service center for any service.
"Helpful and attentive service" Jerry, our salesman, was friendly and well informed about the vehicles and we felt we had his first attention during the sales experience. The dealership was comfortable and they were straight with us and not pushy.
"Oil change " I came in for or change go fast service completely done very well. Service writer were very courteous he stayed on top of my car and make sure everything was all right. I’ll be happy to return for another or change our other any Nissan servers on my vehicle.
"Good service" I should have given a 5 star rating because the service is great and they only did what needs to be done, no salestalk or offered other features. But unlike my other visit where they offer doughnuts and fruits now its only coffee/drinks. They didn’t even wash my car.
"Walk ins available and hours of operation are A plus. " I was in and out without an appointment on a Saturday. Employees were all congenial and helpful. I hadn't expected to pay for tire rotation.
"Maintenance to my car " My visit was very good the rep was very polite and helpful and professional I felt comfortable and I do appreciate the quick service my car was in good hands thanks so much
"New car experience " B. Onwuka handled my lease trade in and purchase of new car effortless. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and even went over stuff that I wouldn't have thought of. He taught me all about my new car and listened to what I wanted in a car. Nissan of Bowie is a great place to purchase and bring your xar in for maintenance. It's a clean and inviting atmosphere.
"Nissan of Bowie - Excellent Service" Before coming to Nissan of Bowie, I went to two other dealerships - one which was Nissan in Waldorf. The sevice, in Waldorf, was extremely poor. Needless to say, I was not expecting such good service from the sales team member, Jerry. Jerry made the entire sales process easy. It was quite arefreshing experience.
