"Great Customer Service" I had a great experience at the downtown Nissan service Center, the service here is wonderful. Ernie Flores and Guillermo took care of my service and was so great in explaining what my car needed, how long it would take, and in general made my experience great!
"Waiting for 3 hours" I went to the dealer Nissan downtown LA. To check why my car didn't start. I know i didn't made an appointment but, when i got there the guy at service department was very professional and he did his part well, he recommended that probably need only a battery check...and my comment is this ppl. There took to much time to check that little issue they just needed to said after a quick check... madam o lady you need a new battery that's it...I was kind of disappointed for the length of wait.

"Long wait time" We came in to purchase a new car at 2pm and it took 8 hours to get all things done! We got out pass 10pm, exhausting!
