"Mixed feelings" I came in for tire change and alignment; I ended up with a new suspension without prior approval (I was not opposed, but nonetheless a phone call would have sufficed) and a hubcap ended up missing. It doesn’t help that my vehicle was supposedly ready the evening of the date I brought it in, but when I arrived, the servicing wasn’t complete and I had to be shuttles home.
