"Great service " David Mares knew exactly what I needed and explain very well. He mention to me that he was a tech before and Nissan needs more advisors who have been tech before because that way they will exactly know how to explain how and why an issue occurs on a vehicle. Also recommend things to pretend issues that only techs know. Thanks man for my next Nissan visit I will directly go to you and recommend you to my family.
"Reliable, prompt service. Very satisfied." I have dealt twice with Nissan of Downtown: once for a major service and once for a routine oil & lube and a new battery. Both experiences were very good. I like to have my 2007 Versa serviced by a Nissan dealer. I used to go to Santa Monica Nissan, which exists no more. I wish Downtown Nissan were closer to Santa Monica (I live in West LA), but they are easy to reach by freeway (Grand Street exit from the 10, turn right and right again) , and they will call Uber to get you to work... read more

"Good experience " I had heard a couple negative comments of weather coming into a dealership and getting service done but I took my chances and went. I am glad I did because my experience went well. I was attended fast and the person who attended me named David understood exactly what I needed.
