Overall experience was great. Sunny was very helpful and goes above and beyond and had great vibes. The dealership was clean, music playing, employees very friendly and welcoming. Again Sunny awesome Salesman and the General Manager was worm and welcoming. We would recommend buying a car from Nissan of Duarte. Ask for Sunny!!!
Great service clean facilities coffee The convenience of having some where to lounge watch tv and have Starbucks coffee is a plus. Friendly service and wait time is not too bad
Very good experience They know what they are doing. It was explained to me in detail what the service was going to cover and they did a very good job. I appreciated it the fact that I had a ride to and from home.
Great Service, friendly staff. Dean was well aware of the required maintenance on my Frontier and took care of it. Maintenance was performed as promised.
Free wifi the shuttle arrived quickly and the driver was courteous. the facilities were clean. the repairs were done in a timely manner. they also offer free wifi.
Used Altima I was very happy went and bought my daughter a beautiful Nissan altima Tim helped me very helpful and respectful of my time and what matters most
Highly recommend seeing Edward in the service dept Edward in the service department was very helpful. His knowledge and willingness to explain every step of the process put me at ease. I will definitely return and recommend him to friends and family.
Pleasant to work with I went to check out a used car there and really liked it, so a couple days later I called to let them know I was planning to come and buy the car the following weekend. The day before I was going to purchase the car, they called to tell me that someone had just purchased it. It was a bummer, but everyone was really nice during my test drive and calling me, so I appreciate that they called to let me know not to come in so I didn't waste any time.
Great experience! I know I'll be back for sure!
