RecommendedGreat experience. I have been a customer since 2010. They did the air bag recall, transmission flush, oil change and replaced my wiper blades as I asked in a short time on Saturday. Good customer service from the time I called in for the appt, dropping off and servicing the Versa for me. Even offered me a courtesy car, I waited instead but this was nice. So was the snacks and bottled water available. They even washed my car for me. Excellent service experience!

RecommendedI have bought five new autos in my lifetime and the buying experience at AutoNation Nissan in Lewisvile was the best I have ever had. Kate Kim, our sales person, was very professional and knowledgeable. The negotiation process was also the best I have experienced. There was no pressure from the dealership and the closing process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kate Kim.

RecommendedDunte Clay and other staff at your dealership have always told me the truth, made good recommendations for maintenance on my vehicle and done their best to take care of things in a timely manner. When possible, they have given me a loaner vehicle when repairs/parts take more than a few hours. I have spoken with Duante and staff about my next vehicle and Nissan will have my highest consideration because of my experience now for several years.
