There is always room for improvement and this time it was only a little glitch at the cashiers desk. Cashier told my wife the cost and they did not seem to know it was all covered under the warranty just purchased 2 weeks earlier when we bought the car.
The team there did a great job diagnosing the issue and the repair was done correctly and on time.
