I was satisfied with my oil change/tire rotation. However, when I mentioned that my service engine soon light had come on in the previous day or so, the service advisor told me it would cost $189 to simply diagnose the problem. That was completely unacceptable.

Online I selected the $90 oil change. Already expensive. Well my dad did the appt and the rep said I need the $160 one. Absolutely absurd for an oil change in a truck.
