I took my Maxima to Nissan of McKinney to have an oil and filter change, the valve cover gaskets replaced, and the clock spring assembly replaced. The work was completed when promised. Justin, my service advisor, made sure everything was taken care of. He kept me informed on the status until it was ready for pick-up. Thanks Justin!

I was satisfied with my oil change/tire rotation. However, when I mentioned that my service engine soon light had come on in the previous day or so, the service advisor told me it would cost $189 to simply diagnose the problem. That was completely unacceptable.
