Routine oil change and tire rotation. AEB sensor seemed to not be working as expected. Dealer checked the system and reported it working normally. Left the car overnight to give them plenty of time for evaluation. All work done in a manner as expected.

I didnt have an appointment for this vehicle but still needed to drop it off. The staff was very accommodating and swift. Repairs were performed swiftly. the pickup was easy and fast.

Pros-Salesman and finance guy were fine. I did not like that fact that called prior to driving from Arlington to inquire about additional fees other than TTL. I was told by Zack that there was only a $2000 conditioning fee which was negotiable. However, upon arriving, the fee was more than 2K PLUS a $999 fee was attached unless I financed with dealership.That was false advertising and lack of full disclosure. Not acceptable.
