Service advisor, Brandon, is always friendly, courteous and helpful. Typically, they do a great job getting my car done in a timely manner. If work needs to be done, they offer free shuttles. They also give free car washes after service.

Our service advisor was prompt when I arrived, not making me wait. He was polite and told me that he would call to get approval for any items that might come up when they were completing my alignment. Brandon set up a shuttle for me and I didn't have to wait for that service either. My vehicle was completed right around the time he said it would be. When I went to get my car, the young woman who completed my sale was friendly and she went out herself to get my car. All around good experience.
