Replaced four tires. The alignment was not done properly. The steering wheel was tilted slightly to the left. Waited almost 4 hours.

Some confusion over the type of oil for my service. What I was told on the phone vs at the door, but the advisor adjusted it and it worked out fine.

It was okay. It took forever. I was there 2.5 hours for a routine oil change. No on ever came to let me know what was going on. So while the service was fine, the customer service not so much. I don't expect service people to be the nicest, but theirs was borderline ridiculous.

Courteous and Professional service. Nissan has courtesy pick up and drop off service if you don't have a ride. I will definitely buy a car and use Nissan of McKinney in the future.
