We took our Durango in to Jeremy for an oil change and left with a 2023 Chevy Colorado. Mrs. Stanley of the sales team was great. Lopaka (The Hawaiian Guy) in finance made things the quickest than any vehicle we have ever bought. Sales and Service team were awesome
In a first come first served system I was fifth in line at five minutes till opening. However, while I had prepared snacks while I worked in the lounge I was surprised to have ample room with others waiting. A good supply of treats and warm beverages to select. And all members were supporting each other. Older members verified my concerns while newer members were learning how to confirm my inquiries.
I arrived into town from the DFW area for an extended stay Friday-Wednesday and my oil change light came on. I took my 2017 Maxima to Nissan of Midland to have my oil change and asked them to check my brakes and rotors (they were not very busy unlike Nissan of Grapevine). They came back and quoted me a price for the brake service and said that they could do it that day…..and the quote was literally half the price in which I was quoted by a trusted independent mechanic. It was a very good experience, Laila was my salesperson and she was absolutely great in all aspects in getting me a new car, with a very kind and considerate personality. The Environment was also very nice and clean, with friendly staff and a great and courteous manager. I truly enjoyed my visit and I will recommend the Nissan Business highly. Our first use of Nissan of Midland service department since moving here recently. Service provided was great and timely. I had to drive in person to set up time as I attempted to use the online service appointment scheduler but after 24 hours never heard back from anyone. Just a small bump in the road, but do plan to use again in the future.
